For over 70 years the Crowder name has been a distinctive market force in The Mornington Peninsula real estate market. Crowders was established in 1952 and since that day real estate
has been ingrained in the blood of a family.
Crowders was a highly regarded family real estate business, credited with establishing much of the Frankston CBD and strongly influencing development on the Mornington Peninsula.
Spread across three generations and built upon key foundations the business operated successfully for 54 years before being sold in 2006. This provided James Crowder with the opportunity to pursue his dream of opening his own office.

Crowder CRE is an exciting concept that forced the Real Estate industry to change. Our aim has always been to assist our local community by donating to local charities or registered groups.
Since opening in 2007 donations now exceed $400,000
to over 70 different local groups.
